A friend of mine had this breeding done a few days ago.
I'm personly not in to Hybrids, but thought this might be a nice combo.
As much as I understand this breeding was done before, does anyone have any info or photos of the "BoaCondas"?

hmm very intresting..
i guess we learn something new everyday. i didnt even think RTBs and Condas were compatible to breed.. i know they are both "boas"but.. wouldnt that be like trying to cross a Retic with a Burm?(mabey its been done???)

I thought they wouldnt be able to breed since they are different species, yes there both boas but that doesnt mean theyll breed. Such as how australian pythons wont breed with african species, they are different species all together. Is there proof they are compatible as a hybrid?Cant think of anything witty to say....

There have actually been different species from different countries successfully bred in captivity. African rocks and burms have been done and they are definately from different countries.-Dave & Allison

I know theyll breed from different countryes sorry i didnt mean to make it osund like it goes by countrys cause I know it doesnt. what I meant was usually the species cant breed if there first latin name doesnt match, this is only what ive noticed. cause afrocks, retics, burms , balls, bloods are all compatible from what i understand.Cant think of anything witty to say....

Also, I believe that "Eunectes" (Anacondas) and "Epicrates" (Slender Boas) are closely related...
But I STILL don't like hybrids.
